Type 304 stainless steel square bar is a general-purpose, austenitic alloy known for its 18% chromium and 8% nickel composition. This material meets ASTM A276 specifications and is supplied in an annealed, non-magnetic condition. It provides outstanding resistance to atmospheric corrosion, excellent formability, and can be readily welded using all common techniques, making it a reliable choice for diverse applications.
