Bobco Metals Company Policy

• Payment Terms: Interest will be charged at the highest legal rates on past due accounts.
• Liability: Our liability is limited to replacing the material or refunding the invoice value of the material sold.
• Shortage Claims: Claims for shortage must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
• Returns: Merchandise cannot be returned without our prior approval.
• Collection Costs: Buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred in collecting overdue accounts. Include reasonable attorney's fees.
• Restocking Charge: Returns or exchange subject to restocking charge.
