304 Stainless Steel Sheet - 10 Gauge (48" x 120")
This 10 Gauge (0.1345") x 48" x 120" Type 304 stainless steel sheet meets ASTM A240 standards. It provides an excellent balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and formability, making it a versatile choice for industrial and architectural fabrication. In stock Los Angeles.
- 304 Stainless Steel Construction
- ASTM A240 Certified
- 73,200 PSI Tensile Strength
- Excellent Corrosion Resistance & Weldability
Type 304 is the most common austenitic stainless steel, containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel for remarkable resistance to corrosion. It is non-magnetic in the annealed condition and cannot be hardened by heat treatment, but its strength can be increased through cold working. Conforming to ASTM A240, this sheet offers exceptional formability and weldability for complex fabrications.
As a medium-thickness 10 gauge sheet, this product is perfectly suited for applications requiring greater rigidity and durability than lighter gauges. Common uses include structural panels, robust machine guards, vehicle body panels, and architectural cladding where both strength and aesthetics are important.
