Type 304 stainless steel is the most widely used "18-8" chromium-nickel alloy, providing excellent resistance to a wide range of atmospheric and chemical corrosives. Supplied in an annealed condition per ASTM A276, it is non-magnetic and features exceptional ductility and formability.
