Type 304 Stainless Steel is the most widely used austenitic chromium-nickel alloy, commonly known as "18-8". Supplied in an annealed condition, it conforms to ASTM A276 and provides excellent ductility, formability, and weldability. This grade is non-magnetic in its annealed state and offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of atmospheric and chemical corrosives, making it a durable choice for both indoor and outdoor projects.
