This 0.125" x 48" x 120" 3003-H14 aluminum sheet is a versatile, non-heat-treatable alloy known for its excellent formability and weldability. Conforming to ASTM B209, it provides moderate strength and good corrosion resistance, making it ideal for general fabrication and architectural applications. In stock Los Angeles.
- 3003-H14 Aluminum Construction
- ASTM B209 Certified
- 22,000 PSI Tensile Strength
- Excellent Formability & Weldability
3003-H14 is a commercially pure aluminum alloy with added manganese, increasing its strength by about 20% over 1100 grade. As a non-heat-treatable alloy, it achieves its half-hard (H14) temper through strain hardening. It complies with ASTM B209 and offers an excellent combination of moderate strength, high ductility, superior corrosion resistance, and reliable weldability, making it a highly versatile and economical choice.
This medium 0.125" thickness provides the rigidity needed for applications like structural panels, machine guards, vehicle body panels, and architectural cladding, while remaining easy to form and fabricate for larger projects where light weight and weather resistance are key.
