3003 Aluminum Sheet - 0.025" x 48" x 120"
This 0.025" x 48" x 120" sheet of 3003-H14 aluminum is a versatile, non-heat-treatable alloy known for its excellent formability and weldability. Conforming to ASTM B209, it provides good corrosion resistance and is ideal for general sheet metal work and formed panels. In stock Los Angeles.
- 3003 Aluminum Construction
- ASTM B209 Certified
- 22,000 PSI Tensile Strength
- Excellent Formability and Weldability
3003 aluminum is a commercially pure aluminum alloy with added manganese, increasing its strength by about 20% over 1100 grade. As a non-heat-treatable alloy, it achieves its H14 half-hard temper through strain hardening. This grade, conforming to ASTM B209, provides an excellent combination of moderate strength, superior corrosion resistance, and weldability, making it a highly versatile and economical choice for fabricators.
As a small-gauge 0.025" sheet, its excellent formability allows it to be easily bent and stamped into complex shapes. This makes it a preferred material for producing components like HVAC ductwork, lightweight electronic enclosures, formed brackets, and decorative panels without cracking.
