Weldability
- Excellent weldability using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core processes.
- Select filler material based on wall thickness, joint design, and service requirements (commonly ER70S-6 for MIG).
- For best results, remove mill scale from the weld area.
- The ERW seam is weldable and integrates well with additional fabrication welding.
How to Measure & Specify

- Length: Required length in feet (e.g., 20').

Measurement Tip: Measure across the outside flats. Wall thickness is measured at any flat surface, not at the corners.
